I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor with training at The Minster Centre in London, one of the UK’s most prestigious therapy colleges. Working integratively means that I bring together many theories, techniques and perspectives as a way to respond to each unique person. 

People and our community are very important to me. Beside my private practice, I volunteered for Mind in Croydon for many years and currently support the Arun Counselling Centre.

I work within the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) ethical framework and you will find me on the BACP Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
